We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hoover purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your cleaning expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all filters, nozzles, and charging cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
